The Naturist Society Foundation is hosting another TNSF Rendezvous at Tiger Mountain this year. Last year’s event was fun for those TNSF members and their nudist friends participating. This year’s Rendezvous at Tiger Mountain will be Friday through Sunday, September 5-7.
We (N editor Mark Storey, Mikey Gearhart, and TNSF board members Dawnzella Gearhart and Kathy Blanchard) aim to have a simple, informal campout that August weekend, and are inviting other in TNSF to join us. The idea is to provide TNSF members another opportunity to meet one another, to visit a nudist club they’ve wanted to see, and to promote and support our club a bit.
We aim to keep scheduled activities to a minimum, but pétanque, shared eats, lazing in the sun during the day, and “cowboy TV” in the evening—ideally with s’mores and light acoustic music—are in the works.
Preregistration is not needed, but normal club ground fees and any cabin rentals will be paid to Tiger Mountain. TNSF makes no money on this event; they just want to support their members and, in this case, Tiger Mountain. TNSF Rendezvous across the country tend to be small, quiet, and largely unscheduled, so it should not negatively impact any other group or member activity at our club that weekend. But please take the opportunity to say hi to anyone you see new to the grounds, and let’s make everyone feel welcome and at home.
